Ingredients

  • 1 piecesalmon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 tbspwhite wine
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspCajun seasoning (optional)
  • asparagus
  • 1serving steamed rice
  • cherry tomatoes
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cupcream or white sauce (bechamel)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, white wine, Cajun seasoning, and lemon zest.

    Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes until tender.

  3. 3

    For the citrus sauce, reuse the cooking juices from the salmon, add cream or bechamel sauce, a few drops of lemon juice, season, and serve hot.
