Ingredients

  1. 1bone in veal rib chop
  2. 1 sprigrosemary
  3. 5garlic cloves whole not peeled
  4. 2-3 Tablespoonbutter
  5. to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375° season meat with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a cast iron pan at a medium high heat add rosemary and garlic cook a couple minutes

  3. 3

    Add veal and let sear for about 3 minutes per side

  4. 4

    Place cast iron pan in the oven and continue to cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
