Cook the pork chops for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker (after it starts whistling).

Put a little of the meat broth in a hot pan (without oil) and let all the broth evaporate, adding herbs, salt, and black pepper.

Blend the onion, garlic, and cream with the meat broth, and add herbs and the chipotle peppers (seeded).

Once the broth in the pan has completely evaporated, add the blended mixture (without straining).

Add salt and a little chicken bouillon, and keep on high heat until it boils.

Once it boils, reduce the heat to medium, let it cook for another 15 minutes, and then turn off the heat.

Serve, preferably with rice.
