Steps

Put eggs in the freezer inside a sealed bag and leave to freeze for 2 to 3 days.

Fill cooking pot with oil and raise to medium high heat.

Get flour, eggs and coating ready for battering.

Remove eggs from freezer and quicky pass under water for a few seconds.

Crack and remove the egg shells, eggs should be frozen solidly and not spill.

Batter the frozen eggs and put into the oil. Deep fry for 6 minutes and eat hot.

Season with either salt and pepper for a western flavor or soy sauce and green onion for an eastern taste.
