Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine bread flour, dry yeast, and sugar. Pour the hot water over the dry yeast and mix well to dissolve the yeast.

Once the yeast is dissolved, add olive oil and salt, and mix everything together thoroughly.

Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead until the flour is no longer visible.

Form the dough into a ball, return it to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Punch down the dough to remove air, reshape it into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for another 10 minutes. The pizza dough is now ready.

Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).

Grease a cake pan (not included in ingredient list) and spread the pizza dough on the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Spread meat sauce on the bottom of the dough, then layer with sliced bacon, mushrooms, pizza cheese, and cheese fondue.

Repeat step 8 three to four times, finishing with a layer of cheese fondue to cover the filling completely.

Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until done.
