Ingredients

8 servings

--broth and beef--------
3 poundsground beef
2 poundschopped carrots
2large diced onions
1 tablespoonsalt
1 teaspoonground white pepper
30 ouncescanned beef broth
1 teaspoongranulated Garlic powder
----Thickener---------
1 cupgram flour / chickpea flour
1 stickbutter
1/4 cupextra Virgin olive oil
--Topping--------
1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
2 tablespoonschopped parsley flakes

Steps

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Add carrots, broth, onions, spices, and beef to a pot. Boil for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust spices to your liking!

Melt the butter and add flour and make a Roux make it a loose roux. Stir till smooth

Spread the casserole into a 9x13 baking pan.

Add roux in and mix thoroughly

Add parsley and pepper on top bake for 40-45 minutes.

Let rest 10 minutes
