  1. 1 packkimchi (about 5.3 oz/150 grams)
  2. 2 packsudon noodles
  3. 1.4 ozpork (about 40 grams)
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tablespoonmentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base)
  6. 4 cupswater (about 950 ml)
  7. as neededSesame oil,
  8. as neededGreen onions,

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a pack of kimchi for this recipe.

    Stir-fry the pork and kimchi in sesame oil.

  3. 3

    Add the mentsuyu and udon noodles, simmer, then pour in the beaten eggs and sprinkle with green onions to finish.
