Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspchopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cupchicken stock, or half a cube of chicken base
  • Tofu noodles
  • Favorite veggies, or frozen veggies, thawed
  • 1/2cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tspsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Start layering a mason jar starting with top ingredients at bottom of jar.

  2. 2

    You can use vegetable stock or concentrate base, enough to give flavour to your soup.

  3. 3

    You can use noodles if you wish, but pre cook. No measurement on vegetables or noodles. For as much as you'd like depending on size of jar.

  4. 4

    Pour boiling water into jar and let sit for 5 minutes, top with green onions or hot sauce if you wish.

  5. 5

    Alternatives: tempeh, tofu cubes, or simply vegetables.
