Enjoy bluefin tuna chutoro with a sprinkle of coarse salt for a light, refreshing taste! It’s a nice change of pace and also works well with white fish.
Recipe background:
Since the chutoro was especially tender, I tried it with coarse salt before dipping in wasabi soy sauce.
