Edamame is my daughter's favorite! It's delicious on its own, but I wanted to make it into a dish.

Thaw the edamame and remove from pods. Place the tofu in a bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, and chicken bouillon granules, and mix together.

Add the edamame and your choice of ingredients, and mix well. If the mixture is too loose, add more cornstarch or flour.

Pour about 1/2 inch of oil into a frying pan. Once it's medium hot, use a tablespoon to drop nugget-sized portions of the mixture into the pan.

Pan-fry until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise if you like, but they're flavorful enough to enjoy on their own.
