Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 handfulfrozen edamame
  2. 3 1/2 ozsilken tofu (about 100 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonsor more all-purpose flour
  4. 2 tablespoonsor more cornstarch
  5. 1 teaspoonor more chicken bouillon granules
  6. Feel free to customize as you like♪
  7. As much as you like corn
  8. As much as you like tuna
  9. As much as you like cheese
  10. As much as you like mixed vegetables
  11. As much as you like bacon
  12. Anything tastes good! (lol) and so on

Steps

    Thaw the edamame and remove from pods. Place the tofu in a bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, and chicken bouillon granules, and mix together.

  2. 2

    Add the edamame and your choice of ingredients, and mix well. If the mixture is too loose, add more cornstarch or flour.

  3. 3

    Pour about 1/2 inch of oil into a frying pan. Once it's medium hot, use a tablespoon to drop nugget-sized portions of the mixture into the pan.

  4. 4

    Pan-fry until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise if you like, but they're flavorful enough to enjoy on their own.
