Cut the tofu into 8 pieces and press to remove excess water.

Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper.

Wrap the drained tofu pieces with the pork belly slices.

Mix dried basil into the panko breadcrumbs. Coat each piece in flour, then beaten egg, then the basil panko mixture.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet and fry the cutlets until golden brown.

Serve on a plate and top with a sauce made by mixing ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, and a little soy sauce. Enjoy!
