Ingredients

Serves 2–3 servings
  1. 7 oz (200 g)sashimi-grade tuna (block or chopped for negitoro)
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1/3cucumber
  4. Tartare Sauce
  5. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard
  8. 1 clovegarlic, grated
  9. 2 pinchessalt
  10. Black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tuna, cucumber, and onion into small cubes.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Adjust the salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tuna, cucumber, and onion to the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
