Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with all-purpose flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread out the pork from step 1, and cook until browned. The thin slices cook quickly.

Flip the pork and brown the other side. This takes about 5 minutes.

Once both sides are browned and crispy, add all the ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) to the pan and simmer, coating the meat. Serve with fresh vegetables.
