Wash and dry lettuce leaves, cut tomatoes and pepper into sticks and spice them with some salt, black pepper and cumin.

Grill burgers or cook in none stick pan, flipping them so they don't burn, cover them for a few minutes on each side. it has to be none stick

Lay the lettuce to make a closed pie like tortilla, lay the tomatoes and red peppers in the middle then add the hot burger and wrap as much as you can.

Wrap that wrap in a square piece of plastic wrap and let it sit till everything melts together
