  • 1potato
  • 3 1/2 ozcorn (about 100g)
  • 1/2apple
  • 1small cucumber
  • 2 stalkscelery
  • Seasonings
  • 1small cup yogurt
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 3 1/3 tablespoonsmilk (about 50ml)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the potato and corn in water for 30 minutes until fully cooked (cut into smaller pieces for faster cooking if needed).

    Slice the cucumber thinly, and chop the celery, apple, egg, and half of the potato into small pieces.

    Mash the other half of the potato, add milk, and mix well. Then add salt and black pepper (remember to taste!).

    Combine the chopped ingredients with the mashed potato, then add yogurt.
