Shin Ramyun Carbonara

This is milder than eating it the regular way. I’m hooked on how easy and delicious this is—I can’t stop making it!

I discovered this while trying out the trend of eating instant noodles like mixed noodles. If you add rice to the leftover soup, it turns into a risotto.

Recipe background:
I discovered this while trying out the trend of eating instant noodles like mixed noodles. If you add rice to the leftover soup, it turns into a risotto.
Steps
- 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the noodles and dried vegetable packet. For firmer noodles, cook for 3 minutes; for softer noodles, cook for 5 minutes.
- 2
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix in half of the included soup powder. It’s okay if it’s a little lumpy.
- 3
Tear the cheese slice into pieces, add to the milk, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds to melt the cheese. It’s fine if some cheese remains unmelted.
- 4
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them in a colander and add them to the bowl from step 2. Then add the cheese-milk mixture from step 3. Mix everything well!
- 5
It’s ready to eat! (Feel free to add bacon or black pepper if you like.)
