Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsudon noodles
  2. 3.5 oz (100 g)pork
  3. 2green bell peppers
  4. 1/4carrot
  5. 1/2-1yellow onion
  6. 1/8 headcabbage
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste
  8. Grated garlic, to taste
  9. 1 teaspoon (3 g)bonito soup stock powder
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmentsuyu (4x concentrate)
  11. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  12. Sesame oil, to taste
  13. Bonito flakes, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bell peppers, carrot, onion, cabbage, and pork into bite-sized pieces.

    Microwave the udon noodles in their package. (Cut a corner of the package with scissors to vent.)

    If using frozen udon, boil and drain them first.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.

    Stir-fry the pork.

    Once the pork is cooked, add the onion and carrot and stir-fry.
