Crack open the coconuts to get the water, shred the coconut meat into thin strips, and briefly blanch in boiling water to remove excess oil. Drain well to prevent the jelly from becoming watery and oily. Cut the flan into small cubes. Set the raisins aside in a bowl.

Combine coconut water and enough water to make 5 1/2 cups. Bring to a boil. Mix the sugar with the jelly powder in a bowl. Gradually add the mixture to the boiling water, stirring constantly until dissolved. Continue stirring until the water boils again, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.

Pour about 1/4 inch of jelly into a mold and let it set slightly. Add the raisins, then pour another 1/4 inch layer of jelly. Next, layer the coconut strips. Pour another 1/2 inch of jelly, let it set slightly, then add the flan cubes. For the final layer, mix the remaining jelly with the coffee and pour it over the set jelly.

Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavor. This dish is delicious, refreshing, nutritious, and visually appealing, isn't it?
