  • 400 gCoarse ground pork
  • 150gTofu
  • 1Onion
  • 1 tablespoonMiso
  • 1Egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4Japanese radish
  • 1little starch
  • multipurpose sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    You mince a onion. next it is fried.

    It's added to a bowl including meat,tofu,fried onion, miso,egg,and salt and pepper. You knead it.

    Next,You make it a round shape.

    Bake it so that it will not burn on only one side. After I will bake one side another side.

    Next,pour water and steam

    After taking it out. Boil the gravy and multipurpose sauce.

  7. 7

    Grate the radish and place it on the hamburger steak. Place the 6 th sauce.
