Ingredients

2 adults
  • 1/2an onion
  • Green pepper
  • 1/2 cupsalsa {however spicy you like it}
  • 4 Tablespoonsbutter
  • Jalapeños cheese shredded {or regular sharp Cheddar}
  • 6eggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt 4 tbsp of butter in your pan on medium heat

    Sautee onion & pepper

  3. 3

    Add 8 eggs, cheese, & salsa stir rapidly so it doesn't burn to the bottom of your pan

    Add any extra spices & salsa on top you want to. I added guacamole & Cayenne pepper.
