Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 clovegarlic, minced (1/4 t)
  3. 1/4 tonion powder
  4. 1/2 lbbacon - cooked and chopped
  5. 4eggs
  6. 3 Ttomato paste
  7. 1/2 Cheavy cream
  8. 1/4 tsalt
  9. to tastePepper
  10. 1.5 Cshredded cheddar, separated

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with garlic and onion powder. Drain and spread into a square 8x8 baking dish (or equivalent).

  2. 2

    Top with chopped bacon and mix together.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, tomato paste, cream, salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Stir a cup of the cheese into the egg mixture.

  5. 5

    Pour over meat and mix together a little.

  6. 6

    Top with remaining cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
