Ingredients

3-4 lbspork (shoulder, butt, etc)
3 Tpaprika
1 Tsalt
2 tpeoper
1/2 tcayenne (omit if you don't like heat!)
1 tgarlic powder
1/2 Choney (omit for NSNG)
1/4 Cvinegar
3 Toil

Steps

Place pork in a crock pot

Mix everything else together and dump over pork

Cook on low for at least 6 hours. The longer the better.

Shred it! No bbq sauce needed for this, it's perfectly flavored without.
