Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbspork (shoulder, butt, etc)
  • 3 Tpaprika
  • 1 Tsalt
  • 2 tpeoper
  • 1/2 tcayenne (omit if you don't like heat!)
  • 1 tgarlic powder
  • 1/2 Choney (omit for NSNG)
  • 1/4 Cvinegar
  • 3 Toil

Steps

  1. 1

    Place pork in a crock pot

  2. 2

    Mix everything else together and dump over pork

  3. 3

    Cook on low for at least 6 hours. The longer the better.

  4. 4

    Shred it! No bbq sauce needed for this, it's perfectly flavored without.
