Ingredients

2 adults
  • 1/2onion
  • 8 Ouncesmushroom
  • 2 Tablespoonsbutter
  • 1/2 cuphalf & half
  • 1 cupchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice mushrooms & onion

    Sautee mushrooms and onion in 2 Tablespoons of butter

    Add 1 cup of chicken broth and cook at medium high heat for 7 minutes.

    Add half & half.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Tadaaaaa! Serve and enjoy.
