Ingredients

40 minutes

8 servings

4eggs
1/4 cupor 1/2 stick butter softened
3/4 cupsugar
1/2 cupbiscuit mix (my favorite is Pioneer mix)
2 cupsmilk
1 tsppure vanilla or 11/2 tsp imitation vanilla
11/3 cupsweetened coconut

In a bowl lightly beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, and biscuit mix.

Mix in milk. Add vanilla and mix on low for 3 minutes

Lightly butter pie pan and pour in

Sprinkle coconut on top

Put in oven preheated at 350°
