Ingredients

1 2/3 cupspancake mix (about 200 grams)
3 tablespoonsfresh okara (soy pulp)
2 tablespoonskinako (roasted soybean flour)
1 cupmilk (about 220 ml)
3 piecesogura yokan (sweet red bean jelly)

Steps

Mix the pancake mix, okara, and kinako together. Add the milk and the yokan cut into small pieces, and gently combine without kneading.

Cover a nonstick skillet with a lid and cook the pancakes over low heat until golden on both sides.

Serve hot and enjoy!
