Since the inside is just plain white rice, this comes together quickly! All you need are white rice, curry, and eggs. Recipe background: I used to always make curry udon with leftover curry, but when I tried making omurice instead, my kids loved it!

Mound the cooked white rice in a dome shape on a plate. Warm up the curry.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour in the beaten eggs all at once. When they start to set, gently push them toward the center with chopsticks until they are softly set, then slide the eggs over the rice.

Pour the warmed curry over the top and serve!
