Wheat bran is a good source of fibres and highly nutritious. It may benefit digestive and heart health.
Steps

In a mixing bowl add bran flour and oats flour.mix then add salt and Desi ghee.mix well.
- 2
Add coriander leaves and gradually add lukewarm water knead and make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make balls from the dough and roll it gently as a thin roti.place on hot tawa. Press with a cotton clothe and roast the roti well from both side.

Cook all rotis and spread a little amount of ghee over it. It's optional but it make roti more softer. Serve with any sabzi or curry.
