Ingredients

  1. 1/4onion
  2. 1 tablespooncapers
  3. 1 packagetuna sashimi
  4. 1small handful shredded daikon radish (for sashimi garnish)
  5. Shiso leaves (optional)
  6. 1 tablespoonoil-based vinaigrette dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Roughly chop the onion and soak it in water. Finely chop the capers.

  2. 2

    Roughly chop the shredded daikon radish. If you have shiso leaves, chop those as well.

  3. 3

    Roughly chop the tuna.

  4. 4

    Squeeze the onion well, then combine it in a bowl with the daikon, shiso (if using), and tuna. Toss with your favorite oil-based vinaigrette and serve.
