I created this as a snack to pair with wine. I also considered iron and vitamins for my wife's anemia.

Steps

Roughly chop the onion and soak it in water. Finely chop the capers.

Roughly chop the shredded daikon radish. If you have shiso leaves, chop those as well.

Roughly chop the tuna.
- 4
Squeeze the onion well, then combine it in a bowl with the daikon, shiso (if using), and tuna. Toss with your favorite oil-based vinaigrette and serve.
