  2. 1strawberry Greek yogurt (use the container for measuring)
  3. 1 containerextra virgin olive oil
  4. 2 containerssugar
  5. 3 containerscake flour
  6. 1 packetbaking powder
  7. 1/3 cupchocolate chips (about 50 grams)
  8. 1 poundstrawberries (about 500 grams)
  9. --------------- Topping:
  10. 3 1/2 ozchocolate with 50% cocoa (about 100 grams)
  11. 3 tablespoonsmilk
  12. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  13. For decoration: powdered sugar and mint

    In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until the volume doubles. Add the oil and mix well without beating. Incorporate the yogurt and baking powder until fully integrated.

    Add the chocolate chips. Gradually add the flour, previously sifted, and mix. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Prepare a bundt or round pan by greasing it with butter and dusting with flour.

    With the strawberries washed and chopped, distribute them over the cake batter. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, being careful not to open the oven door until at least 25 minutes of baking have passed. Let cool completely.

    Prepare the chocolate glaze by heating the milk with the chocolate over low heat until completely melted. Add the butter and let it cool slightly.

    Drizzle the cake with the chocolate glaze without covering it completely. Decorate with the remaining strawberries and serve chilled. Try it, you'll love it.
