Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 1 packudon noodles
  • 1 tablespoonmentsuyu (double strength noodle soup base)
  • 1/2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonor more toasted sesame oil
  • Optional: garlic paste
  • 1egg yolk
  • Toppings
  • Optional: nori (seaweed), green onions, bonito flakes, sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat frozen udon according to package instructions, or boil fresh udon as directed on the package.

    In a bowl, combine the udon with all the ingredients marked with ☆ and mix well.

    Top with the egg yolk and your choice of toppings, then serve.
