Cooking Instructions

Heat frozen udon according to package instructions, or boil fresh udon as directed on the package.

In a bowl, combine the udon with all the ingredients marked with ☆ and mix well.

Top with the egg yolk and your choice of toppings, then serve.

If making two servings, double the seasonings but use just one egg yolk. For reference!
