Use frozen Inaniwa-style udon noodles for this recipe.

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients for [A] in a small bowl. - 3
Place the pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces, in a microwave-safe dish in a circle with the center open, making sure the pieces don’t overlap.

Place the frozen udon noodles (removed from the inner bag) on top of the pork. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 1/2 minutes.

Transfer the udon and pork to cold water to cool, then drain well in a colander.

In a bowl, add the [A] sauce, then toss in the udon, pork, and your choice of vegetables.

Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds, and add a dollop of mayonnaise on the side.
