Ingredients

2 servings
  • 150 gTofu
  • 150 gmizuna leaves (or any leaves good for salad)
  • ■1 tsp grated ginger
  • ■1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ■1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ■1 tsp sugar
  • ■1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tspgrinded sesame (black or white)
  • 15 ggrinded walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the leaves.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, crash tofu roughly with a spoon. Add■and mix again.

  3. 3

    Place the leaves on a plate and pour (2) over the leaves.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle sesame and walnuts on top. Enjoy!
