  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Water
  • Thyme
  • 1/3 cupMilk
  • Truffle oil (optional)

Steps

    Cut onion and sauté until some brown

    Boil with low heat for 10 min

    Use blender till very smooth

    Optional but I love adding a little bit of truffle oil on the top.
