Ingredients

6 ppl
  1. 1 1/2 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2carrot - cut into cubes
  3. 10beans - cut into cubes
  4. 100 gmsjackfruit cut into v small pcs (fried & then boiled)
  5. 1small potato - cut into cubes
  6. 50 gmspaneer cubed & fried
  7. 1medium onion cut into thick julliens
  8. 3/4 cupgreen methi
  9. 3/4 cuppeas
  10. 1 pinchkesar
  11. 3 tbspKewra essence
  12. 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  13. 2 tbspghee
  14. 2 tbspcurd
  15. 2 tbspcream
  16. 1/2 tspbiryani masala
  17. 1 tsplemon juice
  18. 1/2 tspjavitry powder
  19. Salt
  20. 1/2-1 tspHaldi
  21. 1 tspDegi mirch
  22. 1/2jeera
  23. 2badi elaichi
  24. 2Choti elaichi
  25. 1tej patta

Cooking Instructions

    Soak kesar and elaichi powder in Kewra.

    Boil together carrots, beans, peas.fry potatoes

  3. 3

    In a deep non stick pan put ghee add all garam masalas, jeera and onions. Sauté till little brown.

    In a bowl add curd and cream, javitry,biryani masala, haldi,salt, Degi mirch.

  5. 5

    With the help of a spatula add rice and the masalas in the 5th step.now add Kewra mix and place your pan on tava on low flame for 1/2 hour but stirring it in between.before serving garnish with coriander n julliens of ginger.

    If you like you can fry some dry fruits in ghee and garnish them.
