Broken wheat (Dalia) Upma

This dish is a very healthy breakfast option.
Steps

Wash and rinse brokern wheat.
In a pressure cooker add 1and half bowl water far half bowl broken wheat and take 2 whistels and simmer for 2 minutes. - 2
In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Once tadka is done,add curry leaves and green chillies and peanuts and saute properly. - 3
Now add finely chopped onion and saute till translucent.

Now add tomato and french beans once it is properly cooked add broken wheat and little water and salt.

Garnish with sev and coriander leaves and serve.
