Cut into small pieces and put it in water for some time otherwise the color of the banana will change...

Drain the water from the banana well and mix some turmeric powder and salt in it and soak it for half an hour...

Fry the banana in hot oil until golden brown...

Pour some oil in a pan and fennel seeds and curry leaves and then add onions and saute well.

When onion is fried add ginger garlic paste and fry then add tomatoes and when fried well add chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala powder.

Once everything is mixed together pour some water and let it boil and add required amount of salt..

Now add the fried banana to it and fry till the water comes to dry and finally sprinkle coriander leaves.

Now the delicious banana masala is ready...
