Put the cucumber between two chop sticks and slit in a way that you don't go to the bottom of the cucumber. Do it both the sides

Now add salt and keep aside for 8mts. Now add red chilli powder, soya sauce and sesame seeds. Toss well
- 3
Keep for 5mts and serve the cucumber spirals. I am not good at photography..the spirals can be pull apart and they looked so beautiful.
