Loose Boil

Kinda based on a seafood boil. Corn off the cob and so on. Be careful the V-8 has sodium in it so you can adjust if you like.

Steps
- 1
Start your charcoal grill. Wash and prep the veggies. Drain only 1 can of chickpeas, add the liquids of the other one. Melt the butter add in the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cut the potatoes, get your vegetables, and add them to the pot. Put the meats, except for the shrimp, on the grill.
- 2
Cover the meats on the grill and grill them for 40 minutes. Grill was going about 350° Fahrenheit. Meanwhile back in the kitchen add the V-8 juice. Let reduce for 30 minutes. Sprinkle in the seasoning. When you go out to get the meats off the grill add the shrimp to the veggies.
- 3
Chop the meats up. The salami is like crispy smokey bacon. Add the meats to the vegetables and shrimp.
- 4
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 25 minutes covered. Serve over boiled rice. I hope you enjoy!!!
