Preheat griddle over medium-low heat. Aff garlic toast; cook until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes per side

Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over half of the pieces of toast. Top with cheese, pepperoni, salami and remaining toast. Cook until crisp and cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes, turning as necessary.
