1:1 ratio. 1 T oil. 1 t kosher salt
Rinse rice. Cook for 5 min and natural release 10. - 2
Brown long grain rice:
1:1. High pressure 15 min. Natural release 5 min. - 3
Brown jasmine:
2 C rice : 2 1/2 C water, salt.
Rinse rice. High pressure cooker 20 min with 15 min natural release - 4
White long grain:
1 C rinsed rice : 1 1/4 C water, 1 t salt. High pressure 3 min. Natural release 10 min.
