1. Any dosa batter
2. In a pan add oil
3. Add ginger and chilles - 2
4. Add onion
5 add ginger garlic paste
6 add salt
7 mix well
8 smashed cauliflower
9. Mix well for 5 mints (masala will be ready) - 3
In a boiled water soak the mint and spinach for 5 mints then grind with ginger, garlic, salt, garlic (green chutney will be ready)

Prépare dosa on the iron t’awa
Spread the green chutney then nee a side of the cauliflower masala, just roll it well and plate it (crispy, taste healthy masala dosa will be ready)😍
