Steps

Place the cream and chocolate into a small pot on a medium heat

Stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and then add the gelatine

Once the gelatine has dissolved take off the heat and add vanilla
- 4
Place into a dish and cover with cling film (directly on mixture) and allow to set for a few hours or overnight in the fridge

Whisk the set mixture until fluffy and pipe as needed
