We are all very well known about the nutritional benefits of millets for our health. Here, I have used both pearl millet flour and kodo millet flour and my garden mint leaves and homemade roasted coriander powder, masala seeds to make millet masala roti.

We are all very well known about the nutritional benefits of millets for our health. Here, I have used both pearl millet flour and kodo millet flour and my garden mint leaves and homemade roasted coriander powder, masala seeds to make millet masala roti.
Steps

Heat 1. 5 cups of water in a pan. Add both the millet flours,seeds, masala powder and salt. Mix gradually till water is absorbed. Allow to cool down naturally.

Mix the mint leaves and make balls for roti making with wheat flour.
- 3
Heat an iron pan. Roast both sides of millet roti with ghee. Serve hot with tomato -chilli chutney. Thanks
