Ingredients

4 - 5 servings
  1. 1 cupdry Coconut
  2. 1/2 cuppowder Sugar
  3. 1/2 cupMilk Powder
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. 2 cupMilk
  6. 1 tbspGhee

    Assemble ingredients

    Mix dry Coconut+ powder Sugar + Milk powder + elaichi powder, mix well.

    Put Milk to boil
    Now add the mixture in batches and stir continuously to prevent forming of lumps. Cook in medium heat.

    Gradually mixture thickens and milk starts evaporating. Add Ghee in this stage and stir well.
    It takes around 10 minutes.
    Mixture thickens and leaves pan.

    Immediately transfer mixture to a greased plate and allow to come to room temperature.
    Grease palms with ghee and then Pinch medium size balls and put into mould and even it properly.
    De mould it.

    Refrigerate or keep in room temperature for 15 -20 minutes and then it is ready to serve.
