Assemble ingredients

Mix dry Coconut+ powder Sugar + Milk powder + elaichi powder, mix well.

Put Milk to boil
Now add the mixture in batches and stir continuously to prevent forming of lumps. Cook in medium heat. - 4
Gradually mixture thickens and milk starts evaporating. Add Ghee in this stage and stir well.
It takes around 10 minutes.
Mixture thickens and leaves pan. - 5
Immediately transfer mixture to a greased plate and allow to come to room temperature.
Grease palms with ghee and then Pinch medium size balls and put into mould and even it properly.
De mould it. - 6
Refrigerate or keep in room temperature for 15 -20 minutes and then it is ready to serve.
