  1. 100 gramsAsh gourd
  2. 100 gramsCarrot
  3. 100 gramsBeetroot
  4. 100 gramsCucumber
  5. Honey - as required
  6. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  7. 2 tablespoonsProtein powder

    Wash all the vegetables thoroughly to remove any pesticides sprayed on them.

    Peel the skin off all the vegetables and chop them roughly.

    Put the vegetables in a blender along with ice cubes, honey, protein powder, and lemon juice.

    Blend the ingredients until smooth.

    Serve the drink fresh and enjoy!
