Prepare rice water from rice wash. Set aside.

Sautee onions, tomatoes and ginger.

Add sugpo.

Add: Crab paste. Continue sauteeing.

Add rice water.
Put sinigang mix.
Let it boil until shrimp turns orange. Do not over cook. - 6
Add okra, sili haba and kang-kong. Do not overcook.

Serve immediately.
