Ingredients

4 to 6 pax

1.5kilo sugpo (tiger prawn) or bag shrimps
1 packKnorr Sinigang Mix (original)
1 bundlekangkong
2 bundlesokra
4 pcssili haba
1 literrice water
3 tbspshrimp paste
3-4medium onions
3-4medium tomatoes
3thimb-size ginger
1 tbspPatis (according to taste)

Steps

Prepare rice water from rice wash. Set aside.

Sautee onions, tomatoes and ginger.

Add sugpo.

Add: Crab paste. Continue sauteeing.

Add rice water.
Put sinigang mix.
Let it boil until shrimp turns orange. Do not over cook.

Add okra, sili haba and kang-kong. Do not overcook.

Serve immediately.
