Steps

Pluck out leaves from stalk

Now, wash with salted water,rinse well up to 4times to remove sand
- 3
Drain it

Pour hot water into the bowl,such that water covers it,let it sit for 1min max
- 5
Drain,pour cold water into a bowl,add the blanched vegetable,stir well,drain again, let it cool before slicing or shredding
- 6
Use as desired
