Steps

Arrange the slices on a dish, spread herbed chees evenly on both the slices.

Add some onion & green chilli on one slice,sprinkle black pepper powder, cover it with the other slice.

Pre heat the electric griller, brush some oil or butter over it, place the sandwich. Brush oil or butter on the upper side too, cover the griller, cook it until light brown.

Take out in a dish, cut diagonally, plate it, serve it with green chutney or sauce.
