Mother's Day Ribs 2024
Happy Mother's Day!!!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Fire up the smoker grill. Take the silver membrane/skin off the ribs. Rub with the rib rub.
- 2
Put into a Ziploc bag and allow them to get to room temperature. When the smoker is up to heat add the ribs to the grill.
- 3
Allow them to smoke and grill and turn as needed.
- 4
Poke the bone on both sides and on both the thin and thick ends. Pick them up to see the springiness of the ribs. If clear juices flow and ribs are firm, they are done. Especially if the meat is pulling away from the bone. Allow to rest 12 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
